Refills cannot be processed after a prescription expires. To continue treatment, you may need to renew your prescription and complete a new medical review if required.
Yes. You can update the shipping address for an active prescription before the upcoming refill enters processing.
Changes apply only to the selected prescription.
To do so, go to your Prescription page, find the medication you want to manage, click Manage, and select Change Shipping Address.
Yes. To do so, go to your Prescription page, find the medication you want to manage, click Manage, and select Change Next Refill Date.
Rescheduling affects only the next eligible refill for that prescription. Future refills will continue on the standard refill schedule.
This change will not affect the refill dates of your other treatments. If you have multiple prescriptions, you’ll need to manage each one individually.
Yes. Auto-Refill charges are processed using your primary payment method. To update your payment method, go to your Profile Settings and select Payment Methods. Any changes you make to your primary payment method will automatically apply to future Auto-Refill charges.
You can also view the payment method associated with your refill from your Prescription page. Find the medication you want to manage, click Manage, and select Change Payment Method.
To ensure changes apply to your next refill, update your payment method before the upcoming refill charge is processed.
Auto-Refill cannot be paused. If you only need to delay your next shipment, you can reschedule your next refill date.

If you do not want future refills to be processed automatically, you can turn Auto-Refill off at any time. To do so, go to your Prescription page, find the medication you want to manage, click Manage, and select Deactivate Auto-Refill.
You can turn Auto-Refill back on later if your prescription remains active and eligible for refills.

Turning off Auto-Refill prevents future refill orders from being created automatically.
If you have an upcoming refill scheduled, you must disable Auto-Refill before its charge date to prevent that refill from being processed. Once a refill reaches its charge date and enters processing, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
You can re-enable Auto-Refill at any time while your prescription remains active and eligible for refills.
1. Go to your Prescription page.
2. Select the prescription you want to manage.
3. Click Enable Auto-Refill.
4. Review and confirm your shipping address, method and payment method.
5. Submit your changes.
Once enabled, future eligible refills will be processed automatically.
Yes. If your prescription is eligible for refills, you can order a refill without enrolling in Auto-Refill. Simply go to your Prescription page and select Order Refill when a refill becomes available.
Manual refills are processed as one-time orders and do not create future automatic refill orders.
Refill availability depends on the medication, your treatment plan, and your prescription status.
You may be eligible for a refill if:
When a refill becomes available, refill options will appear on your Prescription page.
If you do not see refill options, your medication may not be eligible for refills, you may have no remaining refills, or a new prescription may be required.
