Prescription orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after they are approved by your provider. Vaginal test kits ship out within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes an additional 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
All compounded medicines are shipped via USPS 2-Day. Vaginal microbiome test kits are shipped separately via FedEx Ground.
At this time, our prescription care services and vaginal microbiota testing are only available within the United States and are not offered internationally.
Often the package is still in transit and will arrive within a few more days. We ask that you check the status of your package or contact the carrier for the latest update.
