After checkout, you’ll complete a brief medical intake about your symptoms and health history. A licensed provider will review your information, typically within 24 hours, to determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate for you. Throughout the process, you’ll have access to secure messaging through your patient dashboard, allowing you to communicate directly with your provider if additional information or follow-up is needed.
If approved, your prescription will be sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. If your provider determines that a different treatment may be more appropriate, they may recommend an alternative treatment plan based on your symptoms, health history, and clinical judgment.
Compounded medications are customized treatments prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy under the direction of a healthcare provider. Unlike mass-produced medications, compounded therapies can be tailored to specific patient needs, including the ingredients used, strength, delivery method, or formulation base.
At Good Clean Clinical Care™, many prescriptions are formulated using our proprietary BiomeNourish™ base, which is designed to support vaginal and vulvar tissue comfort while helping maintain a healthy vaginal environment.
Our treatments use a specialized base, BiomeNourish™, developed with patented Bio-Match® technology to better align with the vaginal environment. This helps support beneficial bacteria while delivering treatment, improving comfort and promoting a healthier microbiome over time. Unlike many standard prescription treatments that use generic petroleum-based creams which can disrupt the natural pH and may irritate sensitive tissue, leading to discomfort or reduced tolerability, our formulations are designed specifically for vaginal and vulvar tissue.
Some medications are eligible for refills, while others may require a new provider review before additional treatment can be prescribed.
For eligible prescriptions, you may choose Auto-Refill for convenient ongoing treatment or request one-time refills directly from your patient dashboard when they become available. Refill eligibility and availability will be displayed on your Prescriptions page.
Prescription orders are typically reviewed by a provider within 24 hours. Once approved, prescriptions are prepared by our pharmacy partner and generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
